HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Simply visit our Target Market page (registration not required) and play with the sliders and filters. You'll see the price and availability on the fly. Put together your survey to know exactly what it's going to cost (the quantity and types of questions affect the length of the survey and the price-per complete accordingly).
Your total survey price is based on the complexity and market demand of the selected target audience, number and types of questions and other features. By default it includes up to 10 standard questions that you'll be able to define in the editor. Up to 10 demographic traits are also provided with every survey complete coming from our panel so you don't have to ask them separately.
Please note: feasibility and survey prices can fluctuate and vary at any given time based on the sample availability. (It's like booking an airfare). We lock your price automatically for 5 days once you specified your target market, drafted your survey and saved it. If you redefine your target market or edit your saved survey prior to launch, your price will no longer be locked and may change.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SURVEY TO COMPLETE AND TO SEE DATA?
Your survey is immediately delivered to our panels when you launch your survey. You see data streaming in your Dashboard within minutes, and you can literally watch charts and graphs take shape as people reply. Most surveys are completed within 24 hours. In many cases when you setup your survey we'll offer a guaranteed delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY GUARANTEE?
We guarantee that your DIY survey will be completed by the quoted deadline if you launch it within the specified timeframe. If you plan to launch it later – no pressure, we'll give you a new delivery guarantee. If for any reason the survey runs longer than promised, you'll have the option to stop the survey and get 110% of the remaining prorated amount credited back to your PITCH account for future use. We do not refund cash back to your credit card or PayPal account.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SURVEYS ARE COMPLETED HONESTLY AND WITH PROPER CONSIDERATION?
You can trust PITCH surveys to be accurate and reliable. PITCH has developed innovative approaches to ensure that your insights are highly accurate, reliable and trustworthy. Our proprietary panels are constantly checked and double checked to ensure demographics and psychographics are accurate.

WHY ARE THE SURVEYS SO SHORT?
We limit our surveys to a maximum of 25 questions. We also limit the number of characters for each entry. Why? If you've ever answered a classic online survey, you'll remember how long and boring it can get. It's scientifically proven that an average Web user can only stay focused on a page for ~30-90 seconds.
Classic market research surveys often waste questions trying to identify the respondent's demographics before the respondent even gets to the actual core questions of the survey. By then, the respondent's attention could be compromised and the results may become meaningless. We eliminate the demographic part of the survey because we already have their profile and can bring your core questions right to their attention. This ensures maximum focus and an optimum level of concentration on your survey questions. We also have a longer answer to this question that reflects our philosophy.

IS YOUR PANEL SKEWED?
In some respects, it is. For instance, we currently give you only Internet users. We won't be able to give you access to the opinion of a farmer who has never used a computer. However, our surveys can be accessed and completed on mobile devices - Apple/Android tablets & smartphones with Internet access.
